Ride-hailing, fleet and EV apps with live maps, routing and payments, built for riders, drivers and operators.
7 case studies

Built a rider mobile app for an all-electric premium ride-hailing service - live EV map, charge-aware vehicle selection, real-time booking, and trip-completion CO₂ accounting - shipped from clickable AI prototype to App Store in 10 weeks.

Designed and built a clickable fleet electrification planner for a Lyon utility and facilities services company with about 1,100 vans, cars and light trucks across 14 depots: which vehicles an EV can replace based on a year of daily driving, what switching costs, and how many chargers each depot needs against its grid connection.

Designed a car sharing platform for a Bologna operator of about 700 mostly electric cars and built its operator console as a clickable demo: a live fleet map with telematics and remote commands behind safeguards, damage reviews that compare before and after photos, and a fines desk sorted by the deadline to identify the driver.

Designed a shared e-scooter and e-bike platform for a Bogotá operator running about 4,000 scooters and 1,500 e-bikes under a district permit, and built its clickable operator console: a dashboard that watches the permit's limits, a live fleet map with IoT state and alarms, vehicle records, and a planner that sends crews to swap batteries and rebalance where demand is forecast.

Designed and built a clickable operator console for a Doha parking operator running ANPR car parks and on-street pay-by-phone zones: live occupancy on one map, car parks with tariffs, devices and pre-booking inventory, and an exceptions queue that clears unmatched plate reads with ranked suggestions.

Designed and built a clickable driver safety console for a fuel and LPG distributor running about 350 tanker and delivery trucks across Côte d'Ivoire: explained driver scores, a review queue for telematics and AI dashcam events, a live map with curfew and SOS alerts, and coaching built on evidence drivers can see and dispute.

Designed and built a clickable lost property console for a Vienna transit authority and its partner venues: log and track every found item through a full custody chain, review AI-suggested matches against passengers' lost reports with a clerk always deciding, and keep valuables and official documents on their own controlled routes.
