Almendro - Direct Booking Engine and Rates Console for a Costa Rican Hotel Group
Designed and built a clickable hotel console for a Costa Rican group of seven boutique hotels and eco-lodges: a dashboard of direct business, every booking with its price, payments and policy snapshot, a rates and availability grid where derived plans follow the best available rate, and a refund queue with approval limits.
Thila - Guest Experience App and Staff Console for a Maldives Resort Group
Designed and built a clickable staff console for a Malé hotel group with three island resorts and one city hotel: arrivals prepared from online check-in, passports verified at the jetty, guest requests routed to departments on SLA timers, and seaplane, speedboat and car transfers built into manifests.
Kalafat - Short-Term Rental Manager for Holiday Apartments on the Dalmatian Coast
Designed and built a clickable short-term rental manager for a Split company running about 180 holiday apartments for private owners: one view of every booking channel, a Today board for changeover days, cleaning turnovers from assignment to inspection, and guest check-in that collects only the registration details eVisitor asks for.
Apacheta - Tours and Activities Booking Platform with Nominative Permit Control
Designed and built a clickable booking and operations console for a Cusco operator of treks, Sacred Valley day tours and cultural workshops: every booking from every channel in one list, departures with live capacity, guides and vehicles, and trail permits and Machu Picchu entry tickets allocated to named travellers before the submission deadline.
Liyawel - B2B Booking Platform and Back Office for a Bed Bank
Designed and built a clickable back office for a Colombo bed bank that sells hotels, transfers and tours in Sri Lanka and the Maldives to about 900 travel agencies: every booking across portal and API, one exceptions queue for bookings that did not go cleanly, and agency accounts with credit, wallet and holds.
Kasematt - Corporate Travel, Duty of Care and Expenses Console
Designed and built a clickable travel and expense console for a Luxembourg engineering consultancy with four employing entities: trips with their approval chain and policy exceptions, a traveller map that locates people from their bookings rather than their phones, and a finance review queue that flags duplicate receipts, centrally paid hotels and per diem overlaps.
