ChainFlow - On-Chain Lending, Borrowing and Swap Console from Prototype to Production
AI-Native DeFi Lending & Trading Console
Unified supply, borrow, swap, vault staking and portfolio analytics into a single multi-chain console - shipped from clickable AI prototype to production in 8 weeks.
Most of our work is under NDA. Per agreement, we can share the work but not the company details - all names and identifying information shown here have been changed.
Impact
1 week scope, 2 weeks clickable AI prototype, 5 weeks production build.
Net Worth, Total Supplied, Total Borrowed, Net APY and live swap routing in one workspace.
Real-time order book, recent trades, and price chart streamed over websocket on the swap view.
1inch aggregation plus on-chain oracles for tightest swap execution with minimal slippage.
The Problem
ChainFlow's users were running supply and borrow positions on one protocol, swapping on another, staking on a third - with no unified view of Net Worth, APY exposure, or open positions across chains, and no way to see live order book depth before executing a swap.
Our Solution
We unified lending, borrowing, swap, vault staking, and portfolio analytics into one console with live order book, AI-driven swap routing, and a single-pane Net Worth view - validated through a clickable AI prototype before any production contract integration.
The Challenge: Fragmented DeFi Surface
Running an active DeFi portfolio means managing supply, borrow, swap, and stake across separate protocols. ChainFlow's users had no single source of truth for their capital.
No Unified Net Worth
Users could not see Net Worth, Total Supplied, Total Borrowed, and Net APY in one place. PnL and exposure required manual reconciliation across multiple dashboards.
Borrowing Without Visibility
Open borrow positions, APY changes, and liquidation risk lived inside protocol-specific UIs - no consolidated view, no early warning on rate spikes or health factor changes.
Slippage on Swaps
Larger trades produced unpredictable slippage across single-pool venues. Users had no way to see live order book depth or compare aggregator rates before signing.
Compliance in UAE
ChainFlow operates under UAE's VARA framework - KYC tiers, audit trails, and per-jurisdiction asset restrictions had to be enforced at the UI layer without compromising self-custody.
Our Approach: 3 Phases in 8 Weeks
Discovery & Scope
Week 1: embedded with ChainFlow's product and risk teams to map every flow - supply, borrow, swap, vault staking, leaderboard, and the portfolio analytics view. Defined production targets and KPIs on day five.
AI-Driven Clickable Prototype
Weeks 2–3: built a fully interactive prototype with mocked positions, supply/borrow rates, AI-routed swap quotes, and a live order book - so the team could click through every flow before we wrote a line of production code.
Production Build & Launch
Weeks 4–8: shipped the production console with multi-chain wallet integration, real-time supply/borrow positions, 1inch + oracle swap routing, websocket order book, vault staking, and a leaderboard powered by on-chain data.
Why It Works: Outcome-Based Differentiation
Speed to Value
Most DeFi platforms take 6–12 months to ship production. We delivered a clickable AI prototype in 2 weeks and a live lending and trading console in 8.
AI-First Prototyping
Every flow - supply, borrow, swap, stake, order book - was validated in the prototype before any production code. ChainFlow clicked through the actual product before we shipped a single contract integration.
Single Accountable Team
Design, AI prototyping, on-chain integration, and front-end engineering under one roof - no handoff between an agency and an integrator, no telephone game on lending or swap edge cases.
Outcome-Based Engagement
ChainFlow paid for milestones and live functionality, not hours. Our incentives were tied directly to shipping a production console that DeFi users actually used.

Designed and built a clickable non-custodial DEX aggregator for a Lisbon DeFi team: a swap app that splits trades across liquidity sources and shows every fee before the user signs, gasless limit orders, wallet history with approval revoking, transaction status, and an ops console that watches chain health, quote quality and failure clusters.
